The pneumatic system provides air for the whole machine. To ensure the stability of air source, independent screw air compressor is selected to provide air source.
Compared with the traditional piston type, screw type has the advantages of low noise, high efficiency and stable air pressure.
High pressure rubber pipe quick joint is adopted for the main gas pipeline, and the gas pipeline in the module has been installed and arranged in place before leaving the factory.
The cylinder and solenoid valve are imported from abroad, and the cylinder with valve is adopted to simplify the air circuit and reduce the failure rate.
