Product Description
The bag house dust filtering system is placed above the drying drum. Advantages: the install time is shortened, the heat loss is greatly reduced (the thermal efficiency is increased by about 2% ), the fuel and the floor area of the equipment are saved. It adopts gravity and bag type integrated double bag type deduster, and the dust cleaning means adopts air back blowing type to reduce the energy consumption of the equipment (no need to supply air by an independent air compressor). The bag material is American Nomex high temperature (235 ºC) corrosion resistant filter cloth.
An example to prove the energy-saving effect of our dedust system: assuming that the yearly output of the asphalt mixing plant is 300000 tons, the equipment power is 600kW, the gas cost is 3 yuan/m³, and the power cost is 1 yuan/kWh; Based on the above conditions, the value of fuel and power cost saved by our dedust system is about 180000 RMB(nearly US$26000).
