The aggregate elevator adopts a single row plate chain, with stable transmission. Compared with the double row chain drive, the single row plate chain drive is stronger, the transmission speed is lower, the wear is slower, and the service life is longer; it can also effectively avoid the problem of funnel inclined spreading caused by the unequal length of the two chains. The inlet and outlet of the aggregate elevator use high chromium steel wear-resistant steel plate from the United States.
The bottom of the filler elevator adopts the sealed structure of the sliding bearing box to avoid powder leakage, which is of more environmental protection; the self-made super hard sliding bearing is used between the passive shaft and the tension device in the bottom box, which is maintenance free.
